Yes — a minimum of 100 pieces applies for co-branded orders. The ₹35/pc rate covers 100–499 units; the ₹25/pc volume rate applies at 500+. Both tiers include logo setup and transport.
What logo formats do you accept for the box print?
Logo printing is on the Kraft box only — not on the brush handle (unless you're ordering 500+ units). For best results, share a high-contrast PNG or SVG with a transparent background. Simple, clean logos reproduce best at this size — highly detailed or decorative artwork may not print clearly. Our team will share a digital proof before production begins, so you can approve before we print.
Can you print on the brush handle too?
Yes — but handle printing is only available on orders of 500+ units. At that volume, your clinic name or chosen text is printed directly on the brush handle. The handle print is text only — no logos or complex artwork, as the handle surface is too narrow. Maximum 5–6 characters works best. Both the box and handle carry your name at this tier.
How long does delivery take for co-branded orders?
7–10 business days for print setup and dispatch. After that, delivery is door-to-door — your exact timeline based on your pincode is included in the quotation. Delivery is free.
Can I try one before ordering in bulk?
Yes — samples are available via Suspire in multiple colours (packs of 3 or 4), with Cash on Delivery. The sample cost is fully deducted from your bulk order within one year.
Where are Climasoul brushes made?
Made in India. The handle is wheat straw composite — a by-product of agriculture that reduces plastic content. Bristles are oral care grade soft filaments. Full spec sheet available on request.
Do you cover pan-India shipping?
Yes — door-to-door delivery across India. Transport is included in both co-branded tiers (₹35/pc and ₹25/pc).
