What's the minimum I can order?
There's no minimum. You can order any quantity at ₹45/pc. The ₹35/pc volume rate kicks in at 500+ units per order.
Is the MRP printed on the packaging?
Yes. MRP ₹79 is printed on the Climasoul Kraft box. Brushes arrive shelf-ready with no additional labelling required.
How fast is dispatch?
Standard stock ships within 48 hours of payment. Delivery after that depends on your region: Northeast India is 2–3 business days; North/West/Central is 3–5 days; South India is 5–7 days.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes — samples are available via Suspire in multiple colours (packs of 3 or 4), with Cash on Delivery. The sample cost is fully deducted from your bulk order within one year.
What is the toothbrush made from?
Wheat straw composite — an agricultural by-product blended to reduce plastic content. Lightweight, moisture-resistant, and ergonomic. Bristles are soft flat-trim oral care grade filaments. Full spec sheet on request.
What if the product doesn't sell?
We don't have a formal return policy, but we stand behind the product. If any stock remains unsold after 90 days, email us at sales@climasoulcare.com with your order details and the quantity unsold — we'll arrange a full refund. This applies to pharmacy retail partners only.
Do you offer co-branding for pharmacies?
Co-branding is currently structured for dental clinics — logo on the Kraft box, and handle print for orders of 500+ units. Pharmacies stock the Climasoul-branded version with MRP ₹79 printed. WhatsApp us if you'd like to discuss custom options for large volumes.
