How to place orders, minimums, samples, and general process.
How do I place an order?
All orders are currently accepted via form submission or email. Tell us your quantity, type (Climasoul-brand or co-branded), and delivery address. We'll confirm availability and send a payment link — usually within a few hours.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum for Climasoul-brand orders (₹45/pc for any quantity). Co-branded orders require a minimum of 100 units at the ₹35/pc rate. The ₹25/pc volume rate applies at 500+ units per order.
Can I order a sample before committing?
Yes. Samples are available via Suspire in multiple colours, with Cash on Delivery. Choose a pack of 3 or 4. The amount you pay is fully deducted from any bulk order within one year, at the same rate.
How do I pay?
We accept UPI and bank transfer. Once you confirm your order on WhatsApp, we send a payment link or bank details. Dispatch begins promptly after payment confirmation.
Can I modify or cancel an order?
Standard orders can be modified or cancelled before dispatch (within 48 hours of payment). Co-branded orders can be modified before the print proof is approved — once printing begins, changes are not possible. Contact us immediately on WhatsApp if you need to make a change.
Rate tiers, MRP, margins, and what's included in each price.
What are the price tiers?
Four tiers. MRP ₹79 applies to Climasoul-branded stock only — co-branded boxes carry no MRP, you set the price:
Pharmacy / Clinic (Climasoul brand): ₹45/pc, any quantity. Pharmacy volume: ₹35/pc at 500+ units. Clinic co-branded: ₹35/pc for 100–499 units (logo + transport included). Clinic co-branded 500+: ₹25/pc (logo + transport included).
Is MRP printed on the packaging?
Standard (Climasoul-brand) boxes: MRP ₹79 is printed — shelf-ready, no extra labelling needed.
Co-branded boxes: MRP is not printed. You set the price — sell it, bundle it, or give it away.
What margin do I earn per brush?
At MRP ₹79:
₹45/pc → ₹34 margin per piece ₹35/pc → ₹44 margin per piece ₹25/pc → ₹54 margin per piece
Clinic co-branded tiers include logo setup and transport, so the margin is clean.
Is shipping free?
Yes — door-to-door, free on all orders across India. The courier is chosen based on your pincode and box size, and your delivery timeline is included in the quotation.
Are there discounts for large or festive orders?
Custom pricing is available for large volumes and festive/seasonal orders. WhatsApp us with your requirements and we'll put together a quote.
What is the return policy for pharmacies?
We don't have a formal return policy, but we stand behind the product. If any stock remains unsold after 90 days, email us at climasoul@gmail.com with your order details — we'll arrange a full refund. Applies to pharmacy retail partners only.
Logo printing, proof process, formats, and what's included.
What does co-branding include?
Co-branding prints your clinic's name (or a simple logo) on the Kraft packaging box, and optionally a name on the toothbrush handle. Print artwork and transport are included in the co-branded rates — no extra fees.
Rates: ₹35/pc for 100–499 units · ₹25/pc for 500+. Minimum 100 pieces.
Box: clinic name or clean logo — complex artwork may not reproduce well at this size. Handle: text only, max 5–6 characters. No logos.
What logo format do I need to provide?
For the box: PNG (transparent background) or SVG preferred. JPEG also works. For the handle: just share the name in text — no file needed.
Do I get to approve the design before printing?
Yes — we always share a proof for approval before production begins. No printing happens until you confirm the design. Revisions are accommodated at the proof stage.
Is co-branding available for pharmacies?
Co-branding is currently structured for dental clinics. Pharmacies stock the Climasoul-branded product at ₹45/pc (or ₹35/pc at 500+). If you're a pharmacy interested in co-branding for a large volume, WhatsApp us and we'll discuss options.
How long does a co-branded order take?
7–10 business days from payment for print setup and dispatch. Delivery after dispatch depends on your region. Plan for 10–17 business days total for most locations.

How quickly does my order ship?
Standard Climasoul-brand orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. Co-branded orders dispatch in 7–10 business days (to allow for print setup and proof approval). Delivery is door-to-door and free — your pincode-specific timeline is included in the quotation.
How long does delivery take to my region?
After dispatch:
Northeast India: 2–3 business days North / West / Central India: 3–5 business days South India: 5–7 business days

Do you deliver pan-India and can I track?
Yes — once your order is dispatched, we share a tracking link or AWB number via WhatsApp so you can follow the shipment directly.
Handle composition, bristles, dimensions, and quality questions.
What is the handle made of?
Wheat straw composite — approximately 65% wheat straw fibre (an agricultural by-product) and 35% binding polymer. Lighter than a conventional all-plastic handle, moisture-resistant, and ergonomically shaped. See the full product spec page for dimensions.
What type of bristles does Climasoul use?
Soft, flat-trim bristles in 4 rows (~36–44 tufts). Oral care grade filaments — appropriate for daily use and recommended for patients with sensitive gums. The flat-trim configuration gives even contact across the brush head.
What are the brush dimensions?
Total length: 178mm (7 inches). Head: 25mm × 13mm (approx. 1 × 0.5 inches) — compact and well-suited for posterior access. Full dimensional diagram on the product page.
What packaging does the brush come in?
Each brush comes in a Climasoul-branded Kraft box — unbleached, recyclable paperboard. No plastic packaging. Co-branded orders have your clinic name printed on the same box. Standard boxes carry MRP ₹79; co-branded boxes do not.
Can I get a product specification sheet?
Yes — WhatsApp us and we'll send the full spec sheet. The product page also has all key specifications including dimensions, material composition, bristle details, and packaging notes.
